How do i find customization options?

There is a tab at the top named customization options. On each listing, there is font and design options also. If you dont see something you are looking for, please send me a message on instagram or email. I love to help create something custom!

 

Can i change motif colors?

Yes! All colors can be changed. Leave any special requests in the box and message me on instagram or email and we can discuss what you would like!

 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the customized nature of each item, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or a mistake is made by us. In that case, please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

 

Shipping

We will email you a shipping confirmation when your order ships. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays. 

If we receive a package back due to the address on the order being undeliverable, you are responsible for contacting us and paying the cost for your item to be reshipped. 

PLEASE NOTE- we ship whole orders! If you place an order that includes preorder items, your whole order will not ship until the preorder is ready to ship. 

When will I receive my item?

Our turn around time is usually around 3-4 weeks. It will be listed on the header.

 

Can i add a rush option to my order?

Yes! If you need an item sooner, send us an email and we will be happy to assist and see what we can do!
